NCCTMA Privacy Policy

This notice is provided to you and other customers of NCCTMA  (which consist of Accredited School in Traditional Martial Arts (ACTMA), National Commission Of Traditional Martial Arts (NCTMA) and Traditional Baduk Association (TBA),) to explain how NCCTMA uses your nonpublic personal information. NCCTMA respects your privacy.

We may disclose your nonpublic personal information to our affiliates and to carefully selected companies for general business purposes, to provide better service and to improve your overall experience with NCCTMA. We may also disclose your nonpublic personal information to help develop and improve products and services that may be of interest to you and to tell you about them. You may have other rights under state law that apply.

Categories of Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect and May Disclose:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, occupation, telephone number, and E-mail;
  • Information about your activities with us and our affiliates.

Confidentiality and Security

NCCTMA does not disclose your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and other persons hired by us who need to know the information to provide products and services to you and to otherwise service your account with us. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

  • This notice applies only to individuals who have obtained an NCCTMA’s membership within NCCTMA’s Traditional Martial Arts, Traditional Baduk, and/or Martial Arts products and memberships for personal, household, or family purposes.
